These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of HerStartup ("we," "us," "our") services and website (www.herstartup.ai). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services.

HerStartup is operated by StartupCo.AI, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16155680, with a registered office at 23 Sandpit Lane, AL1 4BS.

2. About HerStartup​

​

HerStarup provides on-demand startup solutions, including:

​

  • Individual Products – One-time purchases such as business reports, pitch deck creation, strategy sessions, and market analysis tools.

  • Monthly Subscription Packages – Ongoing support through structured startup services tailored to different growth stages.

​

All services are delivered remotely via our platform, email, or scheduled consultations.

3. Eligibility

​

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use our services.

  • By using our services, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

4. Use of Services

​

Permitted Use:

  • You may use our platform solely for lawful business purposes related to creating startup-related deliverables.

​

Prohibited Use:
You agree not to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or reproduce any materials generated using our platform without prior consent.

  • Use the platform to generate materials for illegal or unethical purposes.

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our platform or software.

5. Subscription Terms & Cancellation Policy

5.1 Subscription Payments

  • All monthly subscriptions must be paid in advance and will renew automatically on a recurring monthly basis.

  • Payments will be deducted from your registered payment method on the same date each month unless cancelled.

  • By subscribing to a plan, you authorise us to charge your payment method automatically.

5.2 Subscription Cancellation

​

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting contact@startupco.ai.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

  • No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription once a payment has been processed.

  • Upon cancellation, your access to the services will continue until the end of the prepaid period, after which it will be terminated.

5.3 Subscription Changes & Upgrades

​

  • You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time.

  • If you upgrade, the new subscription rate will be charged immediately, and your billing cycle will reset.

  • If you downgrade, the change will take effect from your next billing cycle.

5.4. Individual Product Purchases

​

  • Individual products are available for one-time purchase and do not include ongoing support unless explicitly stated.

  • All individual product purchases are non-refundable unless proven to be not as described.

  • If you have an issue with a purchased product, you must notify us within 7 days of purchase to request a resolution.

6. Payment Terms

​

  • All payments must be made at least one month in advance for subscriptions.

  • Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, or other providers as stated).

  • We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and other online payment methods.

  • If a payment fails, we will attempt to reprocess it. If unsuccessful after multiple attempts, we may suspend or terminate access to your services until payment is received.

7. Refund Policy

  • Subscription Payments: No refunds will be issued once a monthly subscription payment has been processed. You may cancel at any time, but your access will continue until the end of the billing period.

  • Individual Products: No refunds are available unless the product is defective or not as described. Any refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

  • Exceptional Cases: If you experience extenuating circumstances, you may contact contact@startupco.ai and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

8. Intellectual Property

Ownership:

  • The generated materials created for you are your intellectual property once payment is made.

  • The underlying algorithms, templates, and tools used by HerStartup remain our intellectual property.

Third-Party Content:

  • You confirm that any content you upload (e.g., logos, images) does not infringe on third-party rights.

​

9. Data Protection and Privacy

​

  • We comply with the UK’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant international data privacy laws.

  • Personal data collected through the platform is processed in line with our Privacy Policy.

10. Liability and Disclaimers

​

No Guarantees:

  • While we strive to provide accurate and effective services, HerStartup does not guarantee specific outcomes, such as securing funding or achieving business success.

Limitation of Liability:

  • HerStartup is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our platform or services.

  • Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Third-Party Services:

  • We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, integrations).

11. International Use

​

  • Users outside the UK are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws and regulations.

  • By using our services internationally, you agree that UK laws govern your use of our platform.

12. Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our platform without notice if you violate these Terms.
